ヨーゼフと称する、二つ折りの札ばさみ財布です。
小銭入れのない、2スリット2ポケットの、大変シンプルな構成。
開いて右側のみ表革を折り返してあるので、札を縁ギリギリまで挿入できてサイズダウンに繋がっています。
また、右側のみ札を二つ折りにして挟み込めば、すっぽり収まる幅に調整してあります。
高さは抑え、全体的にコンパクトに。
左側は、通常のスリット状にL字に縫い留めてあります。
革は、イタリア産のオイルたっぷりのプルアップレザーに、国内タンナーのこちらもオイルたっぷりプルアップレザーを同系色で使用。
茶系でまとめた、トラッドな色合い。
どちらも吟スリなどによりさらっとマットな質感。柔らかめの仕上がり。
This is a bifold billfold wallet named Joseph.
It features a very simple design with two slits and two pockets, no coin compartment.
Only the right side has the outer leather folded back when opened, allowing bills to be inserted right to the edge, contributing to a smaller size.
Additionally, by folding bills in half and inserting them only on the right side, the width adjusts to fit them snugly.
Height is minimized for an overall compact profile.
The left side is stitched in a standard L-shaped slit.
The leather combines Italian pull-up leather rich in oil with Japanese tannery pull-up leather, also oil-rich, in a matching tone.
A traditional color scheme unified in browns.
Both leathers feature a smooth matte texture achieved through techniques like grain rubbing, resulting in a soft finish.
